(Rib Cook-off is back)....It will be held this Saturday.

And, it will be in Holtville. The Holtville Boosters and Hot Rods and Beerr are bringing back the popular event. It is a non-profit event with the proceeds going to help the Holtville Baseball Team support the Booster Club. The Rib Cook-off will be held Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. Teams will be cooking for a new Traeger Grill from Holtville Ace Hardware, trophies and prize money Entertainment will be provided by live and local bands throughout the day.
