Imperial County Planning and Development Services and the Department of Public Works is hosting the first community workshop for the Lithium Valley Specific Plan and Programmatic Environmental Impact Report Project. The purpose is to introduce the project, the project team and the project process.. The workshop will also inform community members of the project Baseline Report and infrastructure Assessment by identifying existing opportunities and constraints in the area.
