(Sex Offender caught re-entering the US).....US Border Patrol made the arrest last week.

Agents encountered two individuals about 3 miles east of the Calexico Port of entry, about a mile North of Mexico. Neither individual had the legal documents to be in the US. Both were taken into custody. During a records check it was revealed one of the individuals had a previous conviction for a sexual offense and had been ordered removed from the US.. Federal charges were filed against the individual. Since October 1, El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents have arrested and or removed four individuals with prior sexual offense charges
