The Board begins the public portion of their meeting by proclaiming the week of October 9-15 as Fire Prevention Week. The Supervisors are expected to accept the 2021 Imperial County Agricultural Crop and Livestock Report. They will discuss an agreement with the Humane Society of Imperial County to provide trained dogs to outpatient clinics for Fiscal Year 2022-2025. The agreement is for just over $627,000. They will discuss a resolution adopting plans and specifications and authorizing public bidding for the Seeley Fire Station and Cooling Center. They will adjourn as the Board of Supervisors and convene as the Air Pollution Control Board to discuss and possibly take action on the State of California, California Environmental Protection Agency agreement for just over $1.8 million
