(Single Vehicle collision)....It was reported at 9:30 Thursday morning.

The California Highway Patrol said the vehicle rolled on Eastbound Interstate 8 at the Y. When the vehicle came to rest it was blocking one of the lanes. When the CHP arrived at the scene, they found the driver of the vehicle walking west on the shoulder of the eastbound lanes. When they stopped him, they found he had suffered minor injuries. The driver's dog was also injured. The animal was bleeding from the mouth. No other information has been released.
