The California Highway Patrol has released more information on a fatal traffic accident that occurred Friday afternoon. 

According to the CHP, the driver of a F-550 Ford truck was northbound on Highway 115 south of Keystone Road when they made a left turn onto Keystone. A car that was southbound on Highway 115 approaching Keystone, swerved to avoid the truck. lost control and rolled several times. The woman driving the car, 18-year-old Joselyn Leean Sloan of Buckeye, Arizona, sustained major injurie and was flown to Desert Regional Medical Center for treatment. A passenger, Dalton Tyler Lee Carter, 22, of Buckeye, was transported to Pioneers Memorial Hospital with major injuries. A second passenger, a 22-year-old man from Buckeye, died at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
