An El Centro man is in jail after appearing naked at the National Night Out Event.

The 81-year-old man was arrested by El Centro police at Bucklin Park during the Tuesday night event. At about 6:00 p.m. park visitors reported the man walking around naked near the playground. The man was arrested and booked at Imperial County Jail on charges of Indecent Exposure, Resisting Arrest and Annoying a Child Under the Age of 18.
