A Strike Team sent to a San Bernardino County fire has returned.

The Strike Team, made up of equipment and personnel from Imperial County and Yuma Fire Departments, was dispatched to the Sheep Fire in the Angeles National Forest on Sunday, June 10, 2022. The team spent the next several days working 12-hour shifts doing structure protection and mopping up hot spots. The team was demobilized on Thursday, June 16, and returned to their respective stations.
