An El Centro resident notified police that they saw two men shooting rounds into the ground.

The men were in a cargo van on 10th Street. Police responded and located the vehicle and several individuals in the area. One of the individuals, a 37-year old man, was arrested and booked at Imperial County Jail on charges of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.  A second individual was cited and released.
