(Border Patrol agents detain 3)....It happened over the weekend.

The El Centro Sectors says agents found the three in the desert, east of Calexico. After it was determined the 3 had entered the country illegally, they were transported to El Centro for processing. During the process, a records check revealed that one of those detained, a 31 year old male, Mexican National had previously been convicted with having sex with a minor. He had been sentenced to 6 months in jail and 3 months probation. The records check also revealed the man had been ordered deported from the United States two times.
