(The selection process is coming to an end)....Last Spring IVC decided to retire their Arab Mascot.

The school board authorized the formation of a mascot selection committee, and assigned that committee with the responsibility of coming up with a news School Mascot. During the process, the committee whittled the choices down to 3 possibilities. They are; Desert Fox. Desert Warriors and Suns. A survey was launched via advertisements, emails to alumni, faculty, staff and Imperial Valley College students. The survey concludes Thursday, May 26. The results will be tabulated, and the next step in the process will be announced.
