(Yuma Police Shoot suspect).....The police had responded to a Burglary report.

The Yuma Police received the call early Tuesday afternoon. Police responded to a home on 5th Avenue and West 9th Street. At the scene, officers saw a person who was armed. Officers ordered the person to drop the weapon. The suspect refused and officers opened fire. The person, described only as a 34 year old male, suffered fatal wounds. The incident is under investigation, with very few details being released at this time.
