(Deported sex offender re-enters the US)...He was arrested recently by Border Patrol Agents.

The undocumnented individual was found in the Jacumba Wilderness region near Ocotillo. At the time of his arrest, the individual was about a half mile from the US/Mexico border. The individual was transported to El Centro for processing. A records check revealed the individual had extensive criminal convictions as well as an extensive immigration history. One of the convictions was a sexual offense in which jail time was served. The immigration history revealed the individual had been deported from the US. Since October, El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents have arrested and/or removed 13 individuals either convicted or wanted on sexual offense charges,
