(Attorney for Arson suspect enters plea)....57 year old Eriberto Saucedo Delgado is being charged with arson.

This week the suspect appeared in court via video. His attorney also made a video appearance. The attorney announced the plea to the court. The suspect is charged with setting at least 10 fires recently, with six of those fires set this past Saturday. The suspect from Holtville was provided an interpreter during the proceedings. After hearing from both sides, the Superior Court Judge ordered the suspect to remain in custody and that his bail remain at $1 million. A Bail review will be held on May 3rd. The preliminary hearing was set for May 10th.
