A man is shot dead in Yuma.

The Yuma County Sheriff's Office responded to the area of the 3300 block of W. 5th Street at about 12:30 a.m. Monday morning. Deputies located a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The YCSO Criminal Investigations Bureau is investigating the murder. The identity of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
