(Brawley City Council meets Tuesday evening).....The council faces a full agenda this week.

The meeting is open to the public, or vis zoom. For zoom information contact the City Clerk's office. The council will face a long agenda, beginning with a COVID 19 pandemic update. They will discuss a professional services agreement with First Carbon Solutions for the preperation of an initial study, supplemental Environmental Impact Report, and associated technical analysis for the potential annexation of Rancho Los Agos from the County of Imperial. They will be asked to poissibly approve a Professional Serviuces Agreement with Rick Engineering Company for the preperation of an updated Service Area Plan. The council will be asked to take action on a request by Imperial Valley Mural's to apply a Greetings From Brawley mural at 623 Main Street and to provide some support for the cost of the mural. They will be asked to approve funding to allow Detective Daniel Schleyer to attend the Internet Crimes Against Children National Law Enforcement Training on Child Exploitation in Atlanta Georgia.. They will discuss COPS grant funds, The council will consider extending the contract for janitorial services. and several other items. The meeting begins at 6:00 pm Tuesday evening.
