(Annual County update postponed)...The State of the County Address was scheduled for Thursday.

Tuesday it was to be delivered by Board of Supervisors Chairman Jesus Eduardo Escobar. Tuesday it was revealed Escobar had tested positive for COVID 19, forcing the cancelation of the annual address. The County says it was joined postponed and they expect to reschedule the address for some time in April. The State of the County Address will still be held at the Gran Plaza Outlets in Calexico
