The numbers are in for the 2022 edition of the California Mid-Winter Fair and Fiesta.

Total admission for the 10-day fair were up 4.43% with paid admissions up 26%. The Fair says that food concessions were up 17% with spiral fries remaining as the top food item. On the Livestock side, 662 livestock exhibits showed a 48% drop. 526 animals were sold at auction, a 32% decrease. The livestock auction total was off 13% to $1,507,024.00. One steer sold for $16,128 and $100 was the highest price per pound paid for a lamb.
