Wednesday the average price at the pump was around $5.20 per gallon. Some stations are higher, a few slightly lower. Some residents in Imperial County are finding some relief. Gas prices in Mexicali are about $1.40 cheaper than they are in Imperial County. Residents can also drive to Yuma, where prices are about $1.00 per gallon cheaper than they are here. National Officials say the prices will be going up even further before they finally come down.
