(Judge Juan Ulloa calls it a career)....After 27 years on the bench, Judge Juan Ulloa has retired.

He was first elected to the Superior Court Seat 1 in 1994. His last day on the job was March 1st. The 71 year old said it was an honor and privledge to serve, but the time was right to retire. Ulloa's current term would have ended in 2024. The County  court may ask the Governor to appoint someone to fill the remaining two years on Ulloa's term.
