An El Centro business reported that a thief made off with the employee tip jar.

The incident occurred at about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday. A man wearing a gray sweater and gray shorts with tattoos on his face took the jar with an estimated $50.00 in cash. The suspect was last seen running from the business after pushing an employee out of the way.
