(Good COVID news, Bad COVID news)....New numbers have been released by the County Public Health Department.

The updated numbers were released Thursday morning. The good news is that the downward trend for active COVID cases continues. There are currently 363 active COVID cases in the county, down from 444 reported on Tuesday The bad news is the number of deaths attributed to the virus. Currently there have been 874 deaths attributed to COVID 19. That is up from the 869 reported on Tuesday. The number of COVID positive patients hospitalized have gone down to 23, as compared to 42 reported earlier this week. There are currently 10 COVID positive patients in Intensive Care countywide. The total number of COVID vaccines doses administered countywide are now at 424,618, an increase of 3,507 reported on Tuesday
