A man is in custody following a Saturday afternoon murder.

At about 3:30 p.m. Saturday Yuma County Sheriff's deputies responded to the 5200 block of S. West Street where deputies located a deceased man. It was determined that the man had been in an altercation with his brother, Adolfo Haros-Kempton. The victim had been placed in a choke hold, lost consciousness and died. Adolfo Haros-Kempton, 61, of Yuma, was located nearby and arrested. He was booked into Yuma County Detention Center and charged with 2nd Degree Homicide per Domestic Violence.
