It is for the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program Member position on their Advisory Council. There is currently one vacant position. An individual that is eithr a HICAP program volunteer or client, once selected by the Advisory Council, can fill the position. The Imperial County Area Agency on Aging Advisory Council serves to advise the ICAAA regarding issues important to Imperial County Seniors and their caregivers. The Advisory Council members support the ICAAA with annual public hearings, needs assessments, recommendations, program monitoring and advocacy.
