It is to assist those experiencing financial hardship as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. Under the program, eligible residents may qualify for food vouchers or assistance in paying their mortgage and utility bills. Applicants must reside in the unincorporated areas of the County and be eligible. You must be able to demonstrate financial hardship as a result of the pandemic.
