The funding allows the County to offer low-interest loan/grants to help repair or restructure homes in Salton Sea Beach and some areas of Heber. The repairs would include, but are not limited to, electrical, roofing, plumbing, HVAC re[lacement and more. Applicant elgibility is based on Location, property Taxes,, evidence of ownership, householod income and property taxes.
