(Governor delivers Friday)...Baja California Governor had her second child Friday.

The baby boy, Diego Jose Torres Avila was born at Pioneers Memorial Hospital in Brawley. Governor Marina Del Pilar Avila said she missed only one official event Sunday. She said she was back home and continuing to perform her duties as Governor for the State of Baja California. Leaders from both sides of the border have offered their congratultions to the Governor and her husband Carlos Torres. Mother and child are reportedly doing well.
