The Imperial County Board of Supervisors changed leadership Tuesday.
The annual reorganization of the Board results in District 1 Supervisor Jesus Eduardo Escobar taking on the duties of Chairman from Michael Kelley. District 2 Supervisor Luis Plancarte will assume duties as Vice-Chair of the Board.
