(The IID Board Meets Tuesday)...It will be the newly reorganized Boads first meeting of the new year.

At the end of 2021 the Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors reorganized, re-electing Division 3 Director James Hanks as the Board President and Division 1 Director Alex Cardenas as Vict-President of the Board. On the action agenda, the board will discuss the creation of a Legislative Committee. They will also discuss the appointments to various Boards and organizations. Following the regular agenda, the IID Board will adjourn as the IID Board and convene as the IID Financing Corporation. They will then conduct the election of officers for the financing corporation.
