(Traffic Advisory)...It was issued by the Imperial Police Department.

The Advisory is for Highway 86 as it travels through the City. The Police say starting this afternoon, traffic will not be able to turn west from the Highway due to the 18th Annual Parade of Lights, from Second Street to Twelfth Street. Traffic may turn west onto 15th Street, but they will have to continue north onto Imperial Avenue. Those who need to access the townsite will have to enter off Austin and Washington. Motorists can expect delays to last in the area until approximately 10:00 pm
