(Migrants found hiding in a train car)....El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents searched the train Monday.

The train was detained Mecca and Niland. Inside an empty cargo container, they found 12 individuals who had entered the country illegally. The 12 were taken into custody and transported to the Highway 111 Checkpoint. As they were being checked, one individual with a swollen elbow complained of pain and another, a diabetic, complained of being dizzy. Emergency Medical Services were called and the two were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. They were treated and released. Another man, a 32 year old, admitted to being a sureno gang member with a criminal history. He also had been previously deported, and now faces federal charges for re-entry. All 12 were Mexican Nationals. All were taken to El Centro for processing.
