(Honoring Veterans)...That is what Veteran's Day is all about.

There is a precise tradition on how to honor Veterans. Imperial Valley College and San Diego State University, Imperial Campus held Veteran's Ceremonies Wednesday evening. That was because the schools are closed on Veteran's Day. Ceremonies in El Centro were scheduled for 11:00 am Veteran's Day at the Mobile Vietnam Memorial Wall on display in Bucklin Park. That is the tradition. The Vets are honored on the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month. That is when the Armistice was signed in 1918, ending hostilities in World War 1. It was declared Armistice Day, which developed into Veteran's Day in the United States.
