It is a special meeting because the IID did not have a regular meeting scheduled for this week. During the meeting, the board will consider a budget amendment to the fuel and power purchase. Other action items are service agreement and major work authorizations. They will hear a report on Energy Cost Adjustment Billing Factors for December, They will receive an update on the Farm Smart Program. They will hear a request for Farm Bureau Total Maximum Daily Load Program Funding, and they will hear a report on 2022 On-farm Efficiency Conservation Program Parameters. The Board convenes into public session at 1:00 Tuesday afternoon. Face coverings are required for those attending the meeting in person.
