(A Community celebration Event)...San Diego State University Imperial Valley and the San Diego Campus are teaming up for the event.

They will be bringing local audiences both an evening of classical music and an afternoon event featuring music and dance to celebrate our diverse community. The events will be held at SDSU /IV and are to include a classical music concert starting at 7:00 pm, Friday November 12, and a celebration of community in spoken word, song and dance from noon to 4 pm on Saturday November 13. The Friday event will be in Rodney Auditorium in Calexico. On Saturday they will be at the Quad on the SDSU/IV Campus. Admission is free to both events. Attendees are invited to bring a picnic and a blanket to enjoy the two day event.
