(County to hold an Indigent Burial Ceremony)....The Imperial County Indigent Burial/Cremation Program will host the Indigent Burial Ceremony at Terrace Park Cemetery in Holtville.

It will be held November 10th at 10:00 am. The Indigent Burial/Cremation Program is designed to help families who are financially unable to pay for funeral expenses, as well as providing a dignified burial commensuarate for the deceased without family. Through the program, decedents meeting the criteria shall be afforded a dignified burial commensurate with their pre-need arrangements and/or ability to pay. The Imperial County Public Administrator is seeking donations to offset the costs associated with the burial ceremony.
