It is being hosted by the Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with severaql government entities regarding the effects of border delays and the scheduled reopening of the east port of entry on November 8. It will be held in Francisco Kiki Guerrero Press Room in the Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce on South 4th Street in El Centro. It starts at 11:00 am. There will be a large number of speakers and other attendees. The Press Conference is for media, only.
