He recieved a letter from t5he California Department of Housing and Community Development's Community Develkopment Block Grant Program. The grants total $1,142,301. The funds are split between the City of Calexico and the County of Imperial. $340,982 goes to the City of Calexico Small Business Assistance Program. $169,500 to assist with repairs at the Calexico Fire Statrion Number 2.. $101,248 goes to the City of Calexico to provide Public Health Sanitation Infrastructure. $420,733 goes to the County of Imperial for COVID 19 Mortgage and Utility Subsistence Payments. And, $109,838 goes to the County of Imperial for COVID 19 Subsistence Payments Food Voucher Program
