(Cattle Call Queens)...Royalty was named over the weekend.

One more ceremony will be held in a few days. The 2021 Cattle Call Queen Ceremony was held Saturday. The day began with the Horsemanship events at the Cattle Call Arena in Brawley. That evening the ceremonies moved to St. Mary's Catholic Church Hall. 17 year old Rylee Locher of Imperial was named 2021 Cattle Call Queen. 13 year old Chyenne Cox of Imperial was named Teen Queen, and 10 year o0ld Emerson Brandt of Brawley was named Junior Queen. Those young ladies did not face any competition. 7 year old Savannal Hernandez of El Centro was named Little Miss. Savannah competed with 7 year old Reese Johnson of El Centro and 8 year old Madeline Chaluptnek of Calipatria. They were not able to crown the new Queen Saturday. Rylee and her family were in a COVID 19 Quarantine A special Coronation Ceremony will be held once the Quarantine period is over and all are well.
