It will consist of Meadows Union Elementary School Board of Trustees, Salton Community Service District Board of Directors and the City of Brawley's Measure U, to extend the city's Utility Users Tax. The Imperial County Registrar of Voters office says Vote By Maill ballots are being sent. They say registered voters should be receiving the ballots this week. Voters are being encouraged to participate in the process and return the ballots early. They can be returned by mail, dropped off at Ballot Dropboxes located at the Brawley City Hall and at the County Administration Center at 940 Main Street in El Centro, in the West parking lot, or hand delivered to the Registrars Officce at the Administration Center, Suite 206, In El Centro.
