The restriction were developed through an agreement between Mexicao, Canada and the United States. Last month there were indications the restrictions would be lifted. Those indications were dashed after the three countries announced they would continue the restrictions one more month, until September 20th. The reason is the Delta Variance to the COVID Virus. The restrictions are designed to curb the speard of the CORONA Virus and its variants.
