(Preliminary Hearing Held Recently).....The hearing was for Jose Alejandro Bissell and George Quintero.

During the preliminary hearing the judge heard evidence and tetimony. At the end the judge decided their was enough to bind the two over for trial. The proceedings against the two were consolidated since both are charged in the same incident The two are charged with aggravated mayhem, torture, false imprisonment, threats to commit crime resulting in death and batterry with serious bodily injury. A charge of taking a vehicle without the owners consent was left pending. The two will be arraigned on the charges on August 11th.
