(Earth Moves South of the Border)...The minor earthquake hit at 1:50 Monday morning.

The US Geological Survey said the Magnitude 3.2 temblor was recorded 4.5 miles southeast of Guadalupe Victoria, south of Mexicali. No damage or injury has been reported.
