(Public asked to take the survey)....The survey is on COVID 19 vaccinations.

The County Public Health Department is asking the public to take the survey. It is available on the County website. It is designed for individuals 18 years and older They say it takes only 6-8 minutes to complete. The Health Department says the responses will help them in their on-going COVID 19 vaccination efforts. The last day to respond is this Friday, July 30th at 11:00 pm.
