An El Centro storage unit was broken into.

El Centro police report that the storage unit was burglarized sometime between July 8 and July 22. According to the police report a large flat-screen tv , 2 safes and a backpack were missing . One of the safes was said to contain $11,000 worth of collectable coins and bills.  The total loss was estimated at over $16,000.
