(Previously deported felon)....He was arrested Tuesday.

The arrest was made by Border Patrol agents near Calexico. Agents found the man in the desert east of Calexico just minutes after he entered the US illegally. The man was taken to the El Centro Sector Processing Center. During a records check the man was identified as 54 year old Benjamin Tirado Jaramillo He had been convicted of two sex crimes with a minor in Visalia, California. He spent 90 days in jail. The man had also been convicted of disorderly conduct, DUI and driving on a suspended license He had been officially deported back to Mexico. Since October, El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents arrested and/or removed 33 individuals either convicted or wanted on sexual offense charges.
