(Film Commission announces winners)... The Imperial County Film Commission announced the winners.

. The winners were in the Commission's second in a series of virtual film festivals. This festival focused on the mood and storytelling of short format dramas. There were 11 entries. First place went to Ego Te Absolvo directed by Telio F. Espinoza. Second place went to Yoiu're On Mute directed by Tom Cavanaugh, and third place went to End Of Shift directed by Telio F. Espinoza. The festival entries can be viewed from July 17 thru July 24 at the Film Commission website
