(Border Patrol Agents recover 5 year old)....The child was found by surveillance video operators.

They were monitoring the area east of the Andrade port of entry. The operator watched as an adult on the Mexico side of the border walk a child up to the border fence, and then verbally guide the child through the two international boundary fences. Border Patrol agents were notified and they arrived at the scene. Thety found the child walki9ng near a watrs edge. They took the child to the Yuma Sector Border Patrol Headquarters. The items found on the 5 year old was a copy of his Mexican Birth Certificate and a note with contact information for an aunt in the Los Angeles area.
