The boy was last seen on the 4th of July in Riverside. The Alert covers Riverside, Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Imperial and San Bernardino Counties. The child, Celestine Stoot 3rd, is around 2 feet tall and weighs about 20 pounds. He was last seen in Lake Elsinore. The boys 31 year old father has been named as a suspect. He is believed to be driving a silver 2020 KIA Optima with a temporary license plate of U335133. If the vehicle, child and father are seen, call the California Highway Patrol.
