((Previously deported sex offender arrested)....He was discovered recently in the mountains near Boulevard.

San Diego County Border Patrol agents say this was the 37th previously deported sex offender arrested this fiscal year. Agents found the man recently in the early morning hours. They questioned the man and determined he had entered the country illegally. During the processing of the man a records check revealed he was a 38 year old Mexican National. It also revealed the man had been convicted of Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree by Forceable Compulsion out of New York State. After processing, the man was deported back to Mexico.
