The Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting Thursday.

There are three items on the agenda for the 3:00 p.m. meeting. The first item is for Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation concerning the Energy Department. The second item is for a Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation concerning the IID and the Metropolitan Water District. The third item is for a Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation with the San Bernardino / Riverside Counties Building and Construction Trades Council over the Project Labor Agreement approved last year and then cancelled by a Board with two new members. The meeting will be in Closed Session at the Condit Auditorium on Broadway in El Centro.
